Pros (+) The breakfast buffet was very nice and the hotel grounds are beautiful
Cons (-) There were stains on our bed sheets we had to call housekeeping to change them the TV stopped working and had to call housekeeping to have it fixed the dinner buffet 70% of the hot items were cold in the hotel rooms are very dated need upgrading all in all this hotel is not a value for the money
Cons (-) Hotel pool was shut down for 4 of the 5 days we were there. SO DISAPPOINTING!
Pros (+) Too much smell of fungus in Loby and room No circulation there too much headache bc of smelling In a while come back home smell in my all clothes and bony No recommend this hotel

Cons (-) My luggage got locked in my room the door battery died it took 30 minutes to get the door open causing me to miss my flight and having to pay for a new flight.
Pros (+) LOVE the gym. It's a full-blown fitness center with classes, great machines, TVs, etc. Good crowd. All complimentary with the room. A very welcome surprise after three weeks traveling through the Philippines.
Pros (+) Staff was mostly helpful/pool outside was in a nice setting. Close to the mall/shopping and restaurants.
Cons (-) Got charged over $250.00 for a lamp that was old and not worth $100.00. (The three hundred was discounted from $425.00) which got bumped walking by - fortunately when it broke the kids or adults weren't hurt. But to add two nights cost? Unbelievable-

Pros (+) I love the variety of breakfast buffet. I will definitely comeback and stay again in this hotel. I love that the staffs are very nice and helpful.
Cons (-) The water glasses and juice glasses were too small. We have to keep standing up to get more drinks. Glasses were about 6oz size.

Cons (-) The internet connection worked in the room but not in the lobby. The showers were hard to figure out.
