Pros (+) I called the hotel to see about free transportation. Anna Banana was AMAZING! She told us about a promotion they had. I loved the discounts (free shuttle round trip, $50USD credit towards food/drinks/spa, free breakfast buffet, discounted excursions, free drinks upon arrival) from the promotion: “1 hour VIP tour”, however, it was actually a timeshare they were trying to sell. Well worth it though.

Cons (-) Reception service is extremely bad and they are not responsive. WiFi is limitedly free and is very slow. Swimming pool is very small and not great. The architecture is hotel is terrible. We had to walk at least 0.5 miles to go to breakfast. Change of rooms was difficult and the staff weren't very cooperative !!!

Pros (+) In the heart of the Marina, is both good as a lot of events/ activities close by but the flip side you'll be close to a army of folks trying to sell you stuff, trips & Time shares etc. Pool staff are good.
Cons (-) They use a wrist band system so be ready to wear that for the week. Had an issue with the magnetic keys were I had to get replacements pretty much every day!
