Pros (+) We were allowed to check in early, which was so greatly appreciated. The guy at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. It was the perfect start to our overnight stay.
Cons (-) It was cold in the breakfast area, but I know the doors were open for maintenance being done.
Pros (+) Rooms are large. Breakfast is fantastic
Cons (-) No on site parking. The neighborhood may not be the greatest.

Cons (-) The lobby was rough due to construction and there was not a public restroom on the first floor. Parking was not close to carry our luggage to and from. The staff was not overly friendly and the breakfast was overcrowded and not refilled when we had got there.
Pros (+) The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I had ever slept on - and the sheets had a subtle, very fresh scent.
Cons (-) Lobby was being renovated, so there was a funky smell - due to construction. Not a huge problem, just when we passed through.
Pros (+) We will definitely stay here again. A huge, clean and comfortable room for a reasonable price.
Cons (-) Parking was not on site and you had to pay for a nearby ramp. But that was about the same as the mandatory valet parking other hotels have downtown.
Pros (+) Location was great and 1 bedroom was plenty spacious. It was close to the train and bus route stops. There were plenty of places to eat and have a drink near by.
Cons (-) They didn't have real glasses available for drinking out of.
Pros (+) Room was very well furnished, clean and comfortable..
Cons (-) My room was noisy from some internal ventilation noise. TGIFridays was very loud and dirty.
