Great one night stay in Bozeman
Pros: Friendly staff, clean room and a great breakfast. Elevators are conveniently located.
Cons: Hotel uses bromine in hot tubs and I am allergic.
Pros: Hotel was new, modern & comfortable
Cons: They overbooked my double queen room without telling me. When I arrived, they we're apologetic, but found a single queen room several miles away at Microtel.
Then, they couldn't pay Microtel, so I had to pick up the bill for the new hotel, which was $80 more. Eventually the next day, Booking.com straightened everything out, but it was inconvenient.
When I came back through town to stay with Holiday Inn Express again, they had also overbooked the hotel. Luckily, I had called ahead a few hours earlier to ensure my room was available. Unfortunately, the lady in front of me wasn't so lucky.
Nice hotel, dreadful booking practices.
Pros: Pet friendly and nice staff.
