Cons (-) We came in the hotel late Saturday night, the front lady at the counter was extremely rude to us. She glared at us the entire time when I asked for an extension for check out time. Other than that the place was great.

Pros (+) They stole money from my card and act as if they didn't see that I paid for my room the staff was very rud and the refuse to give me back my money they are thieves. Unprofessional and very rude. Rochelle and the other staff stole money from me and refused to return it even after I showed proof that I paid already and refused to give me a supvisor or the number to the complaint department.
Cons (-) Nothing at all. The room was dirty the bed was very in comfortable and broke down

Cons (-) I extended my stay online & the front desk called me mid night, then 4am to confirm my stay, totally unprofessional & never heard of. When I voiced my complaint, only Ron tried to make things right to me by offering a discount for further stay, which is the only reason I didn't give "staff" the worst rating. The other staff did nothing. :-(
Pros (+) Nice hotel. Staff was very nice and pool and our room were clean. Overall a very nice hotel that is at a good price per night. Very close to the mall of America and other attractions.
Cons (-) Booked this hotel thinking we were going to get a breakfast every morning. First morning we saw that the breakfast was actually $10.95. We where disappointed because this added unexpected cost to our trip.

Pros (+) Room was clean it was a very good value for the money being in an excellent location
Cons (-) Heating unit was very poor. It would run for ever and get very hot then not run forever and get pretty cool. It was drafty when it wasn't running. We had it set on the very low side. About at 4 o'clock. Also someone should fix the vent fan in the swimming area! Very very loud and not relaxing! I got to a hotel to relax!
