Pros (+) Most of the Casio staff was friendly. Location of hotel was nice.
Cons (-) Lady at the front desk was very rude upon checking out. Did not receive good customer service. Bartender in Casio was extremely rude. All ATMs in the Casino and hotel were down for a period of time so we had to go to the bank to with drawl money. All and all not s good quality hotel for the price, the IP, Hard Rock, and beau all had better service

Cons (-) The room had a very bad odor. The door did not have our room number, so we had to play the guessing game on which was our room. AC was working intermittely. Do not recommend for the money paid. Staff came to spray deodorizer and once he was there he said this room smells bad.
