Pros (+) Nice kitchen facilities in the suite with microwave, stovetop and fridge. Good location.
Cons (-) Customer service was lacking. The front office staff made us feel like they were doing us a favor when helping us or even checking us in. There's even a sign up at the front that says something to the effect that they charge extra for bad attitudes.
