Guests consistently praised the hotel's location, finding it convenient and close to attractions, bars, and nightlife. However, many expressed disappointment with the cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms, noting issues such as dirt, insects, and poor maintenance. Room size was often described as small, and several guests were dissatisfied with the comfort of the beds, mentioning old or uncomfortable mattresses. While some appreciated the value for money and friendly staff, the overall experience was affected by negative aspects like misleading photos, lack of amenities, and inconvenient check-in procedures.
