Pros (+) Staff was extremely friendly though they did not know much about the best options to get a bus or anything other than a taxi to the airport. They did tell me that there would be no problem finding a taxi though even in the wee hours of the morning which was absolutely accurate. Cons (-) Beds were basic, not overwhelmingly comfortable but on-par with other hostels and rooms at similar price point in Bangkok and around Thailand. This is not the place for you if you are looking for fancy or plush but it is a great location for the budget traveler wanting to stay in the Grand Palace area.
