Pros (+) Bed was very comfortable, quiet, nice view, close to everything for my teen daughter to shop and be entertained. She enjoyed the fitness area also. The Chocolate Torte cake in Allora was memorable!

Pros (+) I hated it, the service clerk was very rude and told me that even though I made a reservation all the rooms were booked.
