Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access major attractions, markets, and restaurants on foot. The staff received high marks for being friendly, helpful, and supportive, with several guests mentioning specific employees by name for their exceptional service. Cleanliness was another highlight, with many reviews noting tidy rooms and well-maintained facilities. However, some guests were bothered by street noise due to the lively area, and the lack of an elevator was a recurring inconvenience, especially for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Despite these drawbacks, the overall value, breakfast quality, and welcoming atmosphere left a positive impression on most visitors.
