Cons (-) Rude front desk. Wouldn’t let me check in. He had me sit in the lobby and reserve a room on my app instead of helping me in person. Also, didn’t explain breakfast, pool or WiFi. Just handed room key and said bye.

Pros (+) Bed was comfortable, sheets were clean bathroom was very clean. Coffee was very good. Breakfast was good with lots of options
Cons (-) The wall and chair had dried stains all over, they REALLY needed to be cleaned. The room had a VERY STRONG spray odor. It felt like they were covering up pet smells or smoking smells. My daughter and I both woke up with a headache.
Pros (+) I went to a few other hotels in the area. One was around $50 a night and a good benchmark for hotel quality. The parking lot was full with lots of people. Obviously a popular hotel. However, the noise levels were much higher. The rooms aren’t as nice. Cons (-) The deodorizers that most hotels use are toxic and give me an instant headache while I am in the cloud. The ability to air out the room made all the difference. Internet security is important to me because of my business. I was provided a WiFi password. Cons (-) Room was disgusting hair in the shower and what was 100% blood on the curtain the pillows smelled like cologne and the walls are paper thin guy next to us kept us up all night with his snoring. I don't usually right reviews but it was warranted this time.
