Van ride to train station was better than nothing. Staff members were pleasant.
Broken elevator. No internet in room (advertised as wifi in room). Breakfast consisted of a waffle that you make yourself, toast, and few other things. Waffle line was 45 minutes long. Went to another restaurant instead. Bad location with thugs outside. Not close to anything useful. Poor amenities. Poor security. Uncomfortable room. Bed sheets made me itch.
It was cheap, that's it.
The dirty sheets, wrong style of wrong on check in, the rusted tub and exploding toilet. Yup, middle of the night the toilet popped up and soaked the bath room, when I told desk? It happens frequently! I am already booked for another stay in April of 17, I may take the non-refundable charge and stay elsewhere.
Like staying in third world country. Dirty, run down, chunks out of walls , dirty rugs. Just horrible.
Not clean when they said "Clean bathroom "I didn't think they literally meant it. When we asked about using restroom at sign in we were denied
The poor hygiene. They had leaking piping and fleas.
Staff was friendly, very helpful.. great location.. we didn't want to be exactly in D.C. and this was a great place to be located.
There was a disturbing mouse keeping us awake one night for hours.. all you heard was the mouse eating through a bag.
Nothing! I hated everything!
Bed bugs ate me alive! The place was so dirty! Seriously even if I get a free stay I won't stay there!
relatively cheap and close to Washington DC.
Not very clean due to old equipment and furniture. Example, the bathtube was old and dirty. The neighborhood is questionable. But worst of all, the continental breakfast was horrible. The food selection is less than mediocre.
Close to eating establishments.
No laundry room to wash clothes.
The rooms were clean, that's definitely a plus. For the most part I had a good experience. The motel was conveniently located near the shopping centers, so there was definitely places to walk around to. The staff was friendly as well as the other guests.
There really is not to much I can complain about the only thing wrong with any of the rooms would have been the bathroom in my son's room. The toilet kept running. The only other thing, which isn't a major thing, is I wish they would have had a little more on the breakfast selection and a better set up. It's super crowded for such a small area.
