Everything was great, our room didn't feel extremely clean. The shower wouldn't turn off all the way so we heard it all night. The fire alarm randomly went off at midnight. Pet fee was great price! Breakfast was good.

Pros (+) The rooms were clean and the lady who worked in the breakfast area worked her tail off to keep everything clean and stocked and was very helpful even when there were a ton of people trying to get food.
Cons (-) The hot tub is broken and it looks like it has been for some time. The swimming area is a bust and the lady at the front desk was pissy when asked about it. After checking in I loaded up the trolley and with my baby in the carrier on one arm and my two younger kids in tow I tried to get us all in the hotel without automatic doors into front entry.
