Pros (+) It was good for the price. Good house keeper. Nice staff. Great location.
Cons (-) They charged me for a rollaway bed when it was just me. The elevator keep breaking. The cable and internet went down. The room needed updating. Bathtub drained really quick.

Pros (+) It was convenient for everything Busch Garden, historical Williamsburg. Great location.
Cons (-) If I had to make one dislike it is hard but I guess it would be the location for room I had but r was still a great room.

Pros (+) Pretty good location for Busch gardens , Watercountry, and Downtown. Everything was a quick drive. Staff was friendly. This is an older hotel and could use some refurbishing.
Cons (-) Building is not quite in it's former glory.

Pros (+) parking was great and it was close to town but not too close.
Cons (-) when we arrived they gave us a double bed room and we had reserved a king room online. they said that all online reservations were doubles. I showed them my reservation and they said that all their king rooms were reserved. they hunted around and found a king room finally. if you reserve online call to make sure they have your reservation right. it was fairly noisy after the bar closed and people ...

Pros (+) location was great. we walked both mornings to colonial williamsburg from the hotel, all through colonial williamsburg and down to the shopping square. sat. morning they had the farmers market which was really nice. got in 6-8 thousand steps each morning. great way to start the day. other than toliet and carpet the room was clean, linen and towles were clean and fresh.
Cons (-) hotel is in desperate need of a vacumue cleaner. there were hair bands in our floor. the stairs in the lobby looked like the lawn crew had been using them.. all 3 days. toliet looked clean but aftrer the first flush water mold and rings showed up.
