Pros (+) Great location. Very clean. Friendly helpful staff. Plenty of parking. We had a great weekend.
Cons (-) Breakfast area gets a little crowded. Just stay patient. Be prepared- at precisely 11 am on check out day, your keys will be deactivated. We got stuck in the parking garage as we were trying to get our last load packed. We wouldn't have cut it so close if we'd known.

Pros (+) The first thing I was impressed with was the security man who sat at the entrance to the parking garage. The second was when we walked into the main lobby it smelled so clean. Cons (-) It was really dirty and dusty. It needs a update or at least a really deep clean. It doesn't represent the other Hampton inn that I have stayed in the past. Disappointed
Pros (+) It was oceanfront. The breakfast was excellent, a lot of of variety of food
Cons (-) When I made the reservation I request the extra bed, it was not available , after several phone calls asking for it, they brought it late at night. They cleaned the room but not towels, I took a shower and I used a small towel, after a lot of phone calls to the front desk they brought them, very desappointed .

Pros (+) Oceanfront room with a balcony couldn't be beat for location. Very clean throughout the hotel. Always had a staff member tidying up in the common area as well as the pool area. Free breakfast was an added bonus. Room cleaning ladies were VERY nice and did an excellent job!
Cons (-) Would've liked an outdoor pool. One can be seen from the windows but it's for the hotel next door. Between the indoor pool and the ocean, it was not missed too much.
