Exceptional staff. Friendly, receptive, and very helpful. Located in quiet, mostly residential neighborhood. Easy walk to food and drink. Large outdoor courtyard with comfortable seating. Wifi available, although not accessible from our room. Small bar, but not much of a scene during our stay. Area consists of many narrow streets, but very walkable. Easy access to C3 bus that runs a circle route to centro Sevilla and back to the nearby Macarena Cathedral. Alameda de Hercules and many restaurants within walking distance.
Avoid a ground floor room if possible. The cleaning crew's meeting area seemed to be near our room and was a little noisy in the mornings.
the hotel was perfect except for the noice made when doors are closed, even when we re careful.... we came for a half marathon race and the geographical position was perfect for our race and for getting everywhere around town by foot the reception was perfect, especially with the very helpful and friendly lauren...and the nice guy at breakfast but i failed to get his name
nothing in particular. just the noisy doors.
Very nice hotel to stay for a couple of days
The staff was very helpful, the room was big with a nice bathroom. Very confortable beds, safe available in the room for free. Even if not in the very center of Seville, neighbourhood is very nice, near the Alameda de Hercules.
the garden is very lovely, my room at ground floor, facing the garden
the location is very difficult to find
Impossible to find or get to by car
Very nice hotel
Nice, clean room, real nice courtyard area
Reception staff extremely helpful and friendly. Clean comfortable bed. Hot water at all times.
Our room near a metal stair case which was noisy. Needed to have curtains shut as all windows/doors facing out to walkways. Hotel a little way out. Walking about 30 minutes - do not walk back late at night.
helpful staff, lovely surroundings, amenities
the food in the restauruant was terrible. the charge of 60 euros for New Years' dinner was outrageous given the poor quality of the food
Nice room, good breakfast and lovely courtyard. Unusual yet typique.
Very friendly/helpful staff. The wonderful courtyard to the hotel. The location within the historic quarter.
The friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Helpful staff.
We did not use the pool but just dipping a hand in showed it was very greasy and also left the hand sticky.
lovely breakfast! patio!! feeling that you were in the country with birds singing in the morning!! so, one was in the city but not totally exposed to noise of the city!! oranges on the trees in patio!!
there was too much noise in the foyer at night and early in the morning!! area for entertaining should be away from main reception/foyer area!!
