Pros (+) All the staff we encountered were courteous and helpful from the valet to the manager. Keep up the great service

Cons (-) The construction limited the entrance to a single, slow, temporary, small elevator to the check-in counter on the second story. Hotel services were limited to a makeshift bar and restaurant.
Pros (+) We really appreciated the location of the hotel, it was really convenient in that sense, it was within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. The staff was also really friendly.
Cons (-) Almost everything was perfect, but it would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room to store our own food and drinks. Also one of our beds was squeaky and that made it uncomfortable to sleep on so better beds would have been nice.
Pros (+) I liked the friendliness of the staff, the attentiveness of the staff always willing to help. Hilda the housekeeper kept the room cleanliness very well and orderly. I am happy with my experience. It was a great location right on the river walk.

Pros (+) Staff was unprofessional. Check in was at 3, we got there at 7 and the room still wasnt ready. While we waited for 45 minutes we had to get dressed in the public restroom and my girlfriend had to straighten her hair in the hallway because there was no outlets in the restroom.
