Pros (+) The hosts Rory and Vanessa were brilliant. The entire premise, rooms and bar were kept neat and tidy. The distillery tour was wonderful and the taste of rum and gin was a surprise. I would have loved to stay a little longer. Even spent an hour hanging around the bar talking to them after I actually checked out. To sum it all, the stay was very pleasant.
