Pros (+) This hotel is great, but @ 100am the smoke alarm kept chirping because of a low battery. Call the front desk finally around 330am just to find out the front desk sent the maintenance guy to the wrong room. Called the front desk again & close to 445am the maintenance guy replaces the battery & all's quit. Offered no apology or discount for another stay.

Pros (+) Room was very comfortable. Lots of amenities with the drink tickets in the evening and breakfast ticket in the morning
Cons (-) Walls were very thin and you could hear everyone outside plus the other rooms. Rooms were not ready in time. The check in is very late! Staff wasn’t very helpful

Pros (+) I liked there was a bedroom and adjacent living room with a TV in both rooms. Location was good - right off 101.
Cons (-) The breakfast was included, but very poor.
