Pros: This is a nice hotel perfectly situated in the heart of Marina di Pisa. Just across from the beach. At night the road separating the hotel from the beach is turned into a pedestrian street. Families ...

Pros: It is a very nice and clean accommodation near the beach. Hosts were very friendly and they helped us when we had a problem with a car.

Pros: Easy parking in front of the hotel (attention: only till 7 pm, after it is forbidden!). Beach directly at the hotel, several restaurants in walking distance.

Cons: Bath room quite old fashioned. Not a lot of choice for breakfast.

Pros: We've stayed in Pisa;we've stayed in Florence and we've stayed in Siena, but the best by far was the manzi. The friendliest staff,the best room,a great location.

Cons: Reception staff attitude was poor and unhelpful. Hotel was generally 'tired' and needed updating. Some fresh paint would have helped.
