Staff always smiling and very helpful. Apparently, I had missed the fact that check-in could not be before 3pm when doing my reservation, but I was given a room as soon as I arrived, around noon, and even got an upgrade to a suite.

Cons (-) Didn't like the half a dozen hairs that were in my bathtub upon checking in. And I really didn't like the three attempts by staff to get into my room before checkout, the first being at 8:00am with no knock. If check out is at 11:00am, then please respect my privacy and right to comfort in the room that I have paid for.
