The staff was super helpful. Definitely a smaller run facility. Clean and the studio was cozy and well maintained. Great location to a lot of work options in Madison and would stay again.

Cons (-) We placed the reservation online and then found out they have a $100 pet fee. Pet Friendly but unreasonable charges. We called within an hour of placing the order and they said to cancel would incur cancellation fees since it was the same day as the reservation. VERY POOR SERVICE. We will never stay with them again.
