Pros (+) The staff bent over backwards to do what you wanted or needed. English was top drawer. They made restaurant reservations and helped us locate a friend. Our room was clean, large and modern. We had a western room. It was quiet, and had small touches such as coffee and cold water. We would come back for its location, great staff and good price.
Cons (-) Not much. It couldn't do laundry, but the staff tried to find a place that would. It turned out that there's a laundromat just down the way and for less than $5 I was able to do it myself. The restaurant is fine for breakfast but we ended up going to Starbucks a few blocks away.
