Guests say
Most guests were highly dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, reporting dirty rooms, stained sheets, bad smells, and insect problems. Service was also a major issue, with complaints about rude or unhelpful staff and poor communication. However, some guests appreciated the hotel's proximity to the airport and considered it a good value for money, especially for short stays. Negative feedback was also given for the breakfast quality.
