Pros (+) An excellent, caring and thoughtful staff. I felt like everyone at Mango cared and wanted the best for all their guests. I was in Saipan for 18 nights and during my stay I saw a number of people from other countries all staying at Mango. Very friendly, outgoing and helpful staff. When I return to Saipan, my first choice for a place to stay would be Mango Resort.
Cons (-) I really don’t have any negative comments. Whatever issue or concern I had the staff were eager to meet my requests and provide me with what I needed.
