Pros (+) Literally nothing at all.
Cons (-) The area, the owner, the rooms, the building... The legit air you breathe is disgusting. Don't stay here. I was tryna find a room for one night and ended wasting my money. Didn't even stay my one night and this place capitalized on a horrible night.
