Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the excellent breakfast, enjoyable pool facilities, and convenient location as standout features of the hotel. However, there are recurring complaints about service quality, including disorganization, lack of staff training, and communication issues. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some rooms praised for being spotless while others note areas for improvement. The breakfast is frequently described as varied and delicious, and the pool—especially the indoor heated option—is appreciated by many. The hotel's location is considered ideal for visiting local attractions, though some guests mention issues with noise and accessibility. Overall, while the amenities and setting are well-received, service and some maintenance aspects could be improved.
