I have a gluten allergy so ordered a gluten free burger. I had eaten about 1/3 of the burger when they said they thought they made a mistake and would bring me a new one. I was so sick and was up all night. I didn’t get any sleep.
Convenient location, but room was very noisy being beside an extremely loud elevator.
So convenient to airport and surprisingly quiet!
Fantastic hotel and super close to the airport!
Pros (+) The World of Hyatt app was the most convenient part, from key service to requesting towels. Not once did I go to the front desk, excellent and safe.
