Pros (+) The hotel's design and amenities are what you'd expect from a boutique chain, and the majority of the staff are welcoming, attentive, and respectful. The rooms are excellent; clean, well-appointed, and tech enabled. The food options in the hotel are a good value, and the gym, pool, and rooftop bar provide ample opportunity to unwind.
Cons (-) Though I didn't experience it personally, several members of my party (along with many, many, many guests) had their room keycards malfunction throughout the stay. These keycards control access to your floor as well as your room, and are required to enable power in your room for lights, outlets, etc. The hotel itself is very, very small, so if you go to the restaurant, or the lobby, or the rooftop...
