Pros (+) Proximity to the beach!
Cons (-) Dirt build up in corners of bathroom floor, no mini fridge in room, breakfast was tasteless and sad, management was sloppy (as viewed in the lobby), check in clerk was not warm and inviting and looked tired and disheveled.
