Cons (-) My mom got the hotel for us I am 19 but since it was in my name and not hers they would not Allow us to stay then they still did not allow us to stay when we had customer service helping us. The reservation was canceled I didn’t even stay I’m wakting on a refund
Pros (+) loved the room, very nice and spacious, the pool was unique and gave a tropical feel. The beds were comfortable and there were two nice TV's.
Cons (-) the balcony looked onto another building, and the beach with tiki bar was very loud and not at all what we like. But, the pier 60 area was within walking distance, so it was ok

Cons (-) The hotel said it was on the beach. It was not. They have beach access through their sister company across the street and down a hotel. It's not far but not as advertised. The beds and pillows are extremely hard and comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom towels were also very hard and scratchy. The pictures on the website make it look a lot more luxurious than it really is.

The private beach across the street at the sister hotel had a nice white beach and was quiet and family friendly. The pool was very well maintained and clean, and on numerous occasions we found some little, friendly frogs in the area, which all the...
Cons (-) Minor issues: The room slept 6 but only provides towels for 4, so we had to continual ask for extra towels. The pool towels were at the front desk instead of in the rooms and there was only one washer and dryer for the entire place to share.

Pros (+) Small boutique, close to beach. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Staff was friendly. Kids loved the waterfall pool, as did we. Had a great weekend.
