Stoutes Car Rental (in Barbados) wasn't clearly identified in airport terminal as Hertz, so had a tough time finding it. Other than that, all was good.9.2 Wonderful

Cons:
I rented an 8 seater van more than 2 months before my trip because I would have 8 people but only one driver. They did not have the van for me. We had to use two cars which was more money and put us in danger with an uncomfortable driver. We had kids with us too so not fun.Drive A Matic

I like the comfort of picking up from the airport.Cons:
I didn't like that there wasn't an actual ticket counter, so when I asked for GPS there wasn't one available. 2nd dislike was the size of car. When making selection of vehicle via the internet I chose to have a full size vehicle, but I received a mid-size car that could not possibly handle 5 people. This made it quite an inconvience for my group and I.5.6 Fair

The car was small which was nice for narrow roads.Cons:
The car was very basic, and had stains on the seats. I was quoted a total price by kayak. Though I bought no extras, my total price was about $60 more than initially quoted.5.2 Fair

The company was not at the airport. Nobody repesenting the company was at the airport. I finally got in touch with them by using the phone at another car rental company and they showed up an hour later. They told me that the car insurance that I paid for through Kayak with Allianz was no good and I had to buy it from them. It was another $45 for another policy and another $135 for a deposit. They had nothing about this in their contract and could give me no written confirmation that I would get the deposit back. I still have not received the money for the deposit in my account.Autounion Car Rental
