Other guest above us were extremely noisy, walls are super thin. We could hear arguing, constant stomping and loud door slamming. My sleep was completely disturbed.

Pros (+) Super simple, great location, amazing price. Staff pointed us to one of the best beaches I've ever seen. Everything was clean and well lit.
Cons (-) No extras at all. Coffee in the tiny lobby (no chairs or any other things resembling amenities) but no fridge or microwave to be seen. Parking lot was TIGHT.
