Great property and beach front access. Only complaint is bed was super firm. Not sure if all beds are that way but it made for hard sleeping for me.

Pros (+) Great location. Very sweet staff.
Cons (-) Room carpet was wet. Bathroom had a used q-tip in it. Construction noise across the hall randomly started at 8am.

Cons (-) No breakfast. No microwave or fridge in room. Very small. Not worth the price.
Pros (+) We liked the closeness to the beach and the comfort of the room. Very polite staff as well. Room service came by in the afternoon since we liked to sleep in and missed their morning schedule.
Cons (-) One of out sheets had a drop of what seemed like blood, we simply didn't use that sheet but would have preferred not seeing it. The halls and building can be loud, you can hear neighbors if you're talking at times.
Pros (+) Nothing at all Room was dirty No maid service I had to go to front desk to demand clean towels I spoke to maids to make up room and it was ignored Management would only offer an upgrade at $60

Pros (+) Clean rooms and the bed was really comfortable -- and since it was my birthday weekend, I was greeted by a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates when I got to my room!! Nice!!!
Cons (-) All was good excerpt the shower head didn't work--so I took a bath!! It was ok -- and we had a fire alarm go off that night so it was very wet outside --- but the hotel is very nice
