Fantastic building tastefully decorated and in keeping the it's historic background. A very pleasant stay with a very comfortable room.
How quite it was but close to the town
The medieaval interior of the old hall, the friendy and efficient staff and the excellent breakfast
The poor ventilation of the bathroom
Staff good, good value, nice aspect but Plympton in general very shabby.
Good location and the room was a great size for us and our two young children.
Even though the hotel was pretty family friendly, we found it easier to take our evening meal out of the hotel.
Food, history and style of building, friendliness of staff
Lack of leisure facilities
two single beds pushed togetherr instead of a double.
excellent food and service
We stayed in the main house, which, although rebuilt after a fire in the 1980's, still retains a real 16th Century feel to it. I would definitely go back again.
It was an excellent stay, great dining experience, sensible prices for dinner and wine, well trained staff.
