They were very pleasant and helpful. My husband and I were sitted apart. We asked if we could be seated together were told flight ws fuly booked but would try. After a while they were able to make it work we got seats together. Their food is good and attendents are very friendly/helpful.

The crew were friendly, dressed professionally and helpful when needed. The food was good to very good. The seats were comfortable and entertainment selections were excellent.   For that long of a flight Athens to Newark Economy is a little tight and the space became uncomfortable about mid-way. Next time I would try and get a Premium Economy seat. Especially for the return flight when one can be less enthused and tired. On the way to a vacation enthusiasm can outweigh discomfort.

Excellent staff! Flights were delayed due to technical issues after everyone was boarded and we sat in the flight for almost 2 hours before taking off. Not enough vegetarian food was available despite pre-ordering. The staff did an exceptional job dealing with both the problems neither of their making.

Better entertainment; the lack of it made the very long flight even longer

First time flying Emirates and business class. What a civilized way to travel, everything was wonderful organized and relaxing. Thank you for providing the best first impression!

Vegetarian food was unpalatable! Definitely need to look into this. The crew were prompt and helpful and the flight as one would want was uneventful. It was a comfortable flight, with new aircraft more legroom and seating space. Would recommend travel with Emirates to others as well.

Emirates is still my favorite airline. The good, entertainment, crew, and value are excellent. Unfortunately, the flight was delayed taking off and arriving - which caused me to lose my ground transportation plan. While delays happen, more communication about the delays would be helpful.

I have been flying Turkish Airlines for the last 5 years it’s always great service, on time , excellent food, only one thing wasn’t reliable is their on board WiFi most of the time it doesn’t work.

My checked bag did not get loaded on the aircraft in Istanbul. Other than that, the flight was smooth, on time and the crew was friendly, efficient, and professional.

You need to weight all bags together because we were 2 and we allowed 4 bags plus hand carry and personal items. We trying to saved bag like we put our stuff in 3 bags so we don’t have to carry more bags and airline also save space time less bags less work. We had only 1.6 kg over and we requested crew he said it’s airline policy that you need separate bag that’s ruined our mod and carry that suit in our hand in plastic bag he didn’t understand that we have less bags that make sense if we brought over luggage then it’s problem. I think if you guys change your policy and weight all together that will be good

Better than other airlines but still not at the top with other airlines that you pay the same price and services and customer service are much more well performed with care and attention to the customer. Still a long way to go. Some of the flight attendants are speaking English like they translate direct from Turkish. They need to improve the customer service for a global travel.

After boarding cabin was too hot AC didn’t work

Definitely not a fan of Turkish Airlines, their seats are very uncomfortable. Felt very cramped up. Food was very poor in quality too, very little to drink during service.

Great airline with excellent service! Only drawback was the meat served was overcooked on both flights.

Was not good experience going to Houston from Istanbul, had to wait about an hour and a half to just takeoff. Disappointed in that part.

The flights were great. Although late departing Cancun, the staff at the airport did a great job in rebooking us on a later flight leaving Newark for Ottawa. With the delay, we would not have made our original flight. They also pulled our bags and retagged them. Wonderful job.

Checked my bag despite paid the seat upgrade and there was plenty of space available in the overhead bin.

Preferred the UA flight compared to the Air India. The seats were more comfortable and the food was good enough.

I was lucky to sit in a seat with legroom in economy . The airplane felt like it was 100 years old, seats were very basic, barely reclined. Food was alright , staff was ok but not the friendliest. But all in all ok trip, perfectly on time

Fabulous! Plane was full a couple of months ahead of time and there were no seats available for purchase. Not the airlines fault but maybe they should offer more flights on that route! Thanks

The flight from Cleveland to Newark was great. The connecting flight wasn’t so good.

The flight was excellent. The crew was great. The food offerings were very good.

United airlines could be one of the worst airlines to fly with

The flight was bumpy. No Breakfast or coffee was served, not even a bottle of water. The food was okay but odd. Rice with peas instead of couscous with some unknown green thing. United Airlines did not tell me that there was VERY LIMITED HANDICAP SERVICE IN NAPLES. De-plane via 20 aluminum steps. Taken to Van. You must walk into the terminal, find luggage, and then walk out to the rental car pickup spot that is 1 block from the terminal.

Great crew dealing with the most unprepared family with a million kids and zero sense.

We were disappointed not to be able to buy out preferred seat from date of my original booking, which was about 40 days before the trip. When we arrived in Hannover on the Oct 10 I tried every day and the weed site said I have to wait until ck in, did that and still was not able to. Get to the airport and out seats were separate from each other. The crew was able to get seats together, was not the most comfortable. Don’t understand why this happened.

Actual flight was smooth but we were delayed 70 minutes. Were promised to make it up to us but were given no refreshments

I had handicap and pre board due to a recent broken arm, was made to find my own help placing carry on baggage in the storage above. My tv and entertainment unit did not work correctly, requested help and it took 30 minutes to get help, she did not fix it or come back to see if it was fixed. I went to her a second time and she did another reset, still did not fix.

Did not fly HOU to SAT as flight was cancelled.

Amazing! The food was great! Best airline meal ever. The crew was so nice and pleasant.

The plane was crowded, seats narrow, legroom practically nonexistent. The entertainment feature didn't work for my row and nobody was able to/interested in trying to fix it. This was a direct contrast to a very comfortable Lufthansa flight I'd taken from RDU to Frankfurt about a week earlier.

Connecting from Germany with not enough time to go thru TSA and security so many times. Kayak or whomever doesn’t leave you enough time between flights. I made it with 5 min before my zone was called. Too stressful

The seats of the Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner were ridiculously uncomfortable. I was on 10 flights during this vacation and this plane was super uncomfortable both times I was on one whereas all of the others were perfectly fine. Additionally, these planes do not have any air vents that passengers can control, the climate is entirely controlled by the crew which made for an extremely uncomfortable temperature for the duration. The flight attendants tried to make everyone happy with the temperature but several people you could tell were excessively warm and just wanted a bit of airflow.

Don't fly thru London Awful and huge U need 4 hrs to transfer cuz u have to tale buses to and fro from airplanes Bad business

Staff with low service level, forgetful. Temperature at 15 C and after asking twice to raise the temperature the crew did nothing.

I was disappointed with the quality of the food for an international flight also I wasn't given a toiletry bag which is customary in international flights.

They had about 20-25 people overbooked. Including me. Why is this?? I was put on a flight to NC an hour later with a 4 hour layover. I was supposed to be home at 1045am instead i was home at 7:30pm. An extra day to pay for dog care.

Boarding is not controlled as groups called was not enforced

The plane was clean. The crew were lovely. Food was good - but seat 1D is a poor location. - the crews cupboard is right near your feet and they visited them frequently swishing the curtain from the galley onto my feet everytime also creating a swish of cold air each time & then slamming the door.

This flight was booked with Iberia, but when we got to the airport, it was actually switched to Level. We went to Iberia terminal, then had to be redirected. Ridiculous that we had to pay for a soda on the plane. Also had to pay for earbuds, no pillows. If we had wanted a blanket would have been charged. This is not the British Airways experience. Flight attendant was non existent. Had our call light on for 45 minutes with no response. Attendant charged for a drink, forgot to bring it back. We would never fly Level again. If British airways is going to switch out carriers, We would not fly with them

Horrible food and uncomfortable plane. One toilet was out of service.

Business class is fantastic! Lie flat seats, great meals, privacy, and lots of nice amenities!
