Pros: What we liked about this flight was, for such a short flight you get a meal. Staff on board were great also.
Cons: Our grievance is with ground crew at BEY airport and AMM. 1 piece of lugagge was left in AMM though it was checked connecting from our previous flight. Upon arrival we were told they would contact us. After a long back and forth as we did not have a local number, they tried to dismiss us by saying someone would whatsapp us to let us know when the luggge has arrived. SPOILER ALERT: they never did. We insisted on finding out more and after being pressed they admitted they had received a note from AMM airport that the piece of luggage would arrive in the next flight (5 hours later). We returned later on and found we needed a special permit at BEY airport, only the person on the piece of luggage was allowed back in. Upon receiving the permit, staff continued to press for a name of who confirmed the luggage was there, we told them they had confirmed earlier. I was allowed inside and found the piece of luggage still on the belt though the flight had landed 3 hours earlier and the carousel was being used for another flight. Apparently they don’t bother to check or act on the messages until the end of the day. Finally, we had to argue to be compensated and received $30 USD for our troubles even though they should have offered this as standard practice.
Cons: No place to put the luggage allthe passengers put their coats and left no place for the carryon
Pros: The staff (gate agents, ticketing, and crew) were all nice, professional and accommodating. I was only on a 2 hour flight, but I was impressed with the service (drinks, meal), the plane (looked new) and seat comfort in Cedar Class (First Class).
Cons: The business class Lounge in Athens was basic.

Pros: Newish plane. Smooth flight. Fast flight arrived early flight time only 7hrs 50 mins. Good food.
Cons: Toilet seats would not stay up so got dirty quickly. Water not given regularly had to ask for it. Lot of airlines give regularly
Cons: Leg room was poor. All the aisle and window seats were being sold at extra rates. Entertainment system was pre-historic with very limited choices. Food was bland and nothing appealing. The staff, for most part was invisible. They appeared during the serving of the meals and then vanished.
