Pros: all procedures at both airports took 15 minutes

Cons: I couldn't take the airplane since they closed the gate earlier then plannee. I had to buy another ticket and I was stuck at the transit area of Moscow Airport for 24 hours.

Pros: As usual traveling with THY was perfect, all was OK. But pls when I buy THY tickets, it is mean that I want to travel with THY not with Anadolojet. Flight with Anadolojet Istanbul-Izmir was awful. The rest of the journey was awesome. Many thanks.

Pros: Seats were super comfortable, bigger than most planes with extra leg room. Food was excellent and fresh, amazing Dutch cheese sampler was divine. No nonsense staff who had all connecting flight info on hand when we arrived in Abu Dhabi. KLM staff were friendly and efficient. Fabulous airline.

Pros: Onboard crew were nice and polite. Flight was on time (a rarity).

Cons: The boarding crew was rude and unpleasant, the plane was boiling hot.

I would never ever recommend Ukraine airlines to anyone. my husband and I showed up at 2:13pm for our flight along with 8 other guest to the airline. All TEN of us were denied boarding and the supervisor refused to tell us why. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Cons: Uncomfortable seats. No free WATER! Weight limit is ridiculous for a international flight. I will never travel with Pegasus again! I will try my best to spread the word on this airline.

Cons: The seats doesn’t have a jacket hanging hook.. so I had to hold my suit jacket all the way . And the seats didn’t have proper head rest so couldn’t sleep as well on the plane but the seat was not congested and was comfortable if day flight

Cons: The attendants only came around 2 times to offer drinks/water on a 12 hour flight. They only offered tea/coffee once. It was not offered after the main meal even. The attendants need to come around with water every few hours on such a long flight.

Pros: The flight crew and cockpit crew were amazing and they did their job professional and kindly way.

Cons: Every thing was great.

Cons: The state of the plane, communication with patrons, literally everything else could have been better. Willingness to work with patrons after their airline caused patrons to miss other flights. It was absolutely a nightmare and i will be contacting your office.

Cons: The check in process, the upgrade process, the boarding process. And, everyone just sat where they wanted, even after I paid for the upgraded seat. The crew could not care less, and I ended up with the largest person on the plane next to me, who seat jumped, so I had to sit sideways the whole fly.

Cons: A lot of confusion at the airport when we wanted to check our bags. I felt they could have directed traffic (the people trying to check in) better.

Cons: Customer service representative at desk was extremely rude and dismissive of people trying to ask questions about rescheduled gate assignments, I did not have any contact with gate rep, but I was able to observe multiple discussions or attempted discussions by customers. Very poor communication serv

Cons: The fly had a 3 hours delay where they had us sit inside the airport , and only was offered an amall cup of water

Cons: Crew was pushy and unfriendly. Baggage policy is a rip off. Flight was delayed but we were not told until boarding time. No information was available at gate prior to departure.

Pros: The Delta flight service was much better than the Air France flight I took on the previous leg.

Cons: This was one of the worst flights I’ve been on. Both planes were downright filthy. The flight from Dallas to Barcelona had several broken toilets. Flight from Paris to Barcelona boarded and once everyone was on board, they told us that we would be sitting there for 2 hours before leaving.

Cons: Leg room is laughable and charging $65 to check a bag is ridiculous.

Cons: Overbooked flights led to a missed connection resulting in a 12 hour layover

Cons: Waiting area before boarding was really hot, if you can’t afford air conditioning then maybe electric fans!!

Cons: No meals served, and no beverages, unless you are willing to pay inflated prices for garbage. They will give you tap water if you ask, and that's that. I still find this approach despicable and unnecessarily stingy, especially since this is BA, not a lowcost.

Pros: Not much. HORRIBLE airline. Would never fly you again.

Cons: Seat rows are TOO CLOSE. I'm 5'10" & my knees were rubbing against the row in front of me (21F). HORRIBLE. Will never fly you again. Also, there was a gate change from C3 to D3 that was NOT announced at C3. There were 20+ of us sitting there then we checked sign to see change. BAD SERVICE.

Cons: All changeable seats available came at a cost whilst the flight was only ~75% full?

Cons: We ordered the assistance for transfer at the check-in. However the request was not sent to CDG airport. We got seats for the flight to San Francisco in two different raws and the Czech Airline representative refused to give us two near-by seats. Even water in the plane was offered for money.
