Pros: "Staff was outstanding"
Pros: "FLIGHT ATTENDANTS WERE WONDERFUL"
Cons: "CRYING BABY BUT I UNDERSTAND THOUGH"
Cons: "Well I had 13 hours of layover. I was extremely tired and sleepy."
Cons: "Seat not very good"
Pros: "Great travel experience. We flew economy. Spacious, good service, comfy, on time."
Pros: "Philadelphia-Doha was excellent and noticeably better than Doha-Bangkok. ood, service, condition of aircraft were all better in the PHL-Doha leg. I have done the trip a few times now so it is not a fluke. Odd that the Doha food (and I usually get the local dishes) is very so-so. I usually only take a bite or two. Not appetizing. The Doha-BKK staff was less professional as well. The trays of the main meal were left with the passengers so long, we passengers started to bring our own trays to the galley. The plane out of Doha was very tight so passengers in economy have that sardine experience. The cup holders did not work although they would have been useful."
Pros: "Cabin was very nice with modern equipment and food and refreshments were provided frequently. Entertainment options were great too. Cabin crew were very pleasant."
Cons: "Connecting flight from Philadelphia to Doha was delayed by 5 hours due to some technical errors. By the time we arrived in Doha, there were no more planes heading to Manila. We did get booked a free night's stay in a hotel in Doha along with transport to the airport"
Pros: "The staff"
Cons: "As always the space"
Pros: "All the services were excellent. From the checking-in to the boarding. The flight crew could not have been more helpful, courteous and polite. Food was great on board."
Pros: "The business cabin and the customer service was superb."
Cons: "The food"
Pros: "I liked the pilot and staff. The workers were very friendly. P.S I loved the food"
Pros: "Love it. Newer airplane; state of the art high-tech."
Pros: "The food on foreign airlines is so much better than on american airlines (they even offer something in economy class on short local flights)."
Cons: "The seat spacing on the 70-minute flisght was a little cramped - it would be even worse for a taller person than I (at 5'10")."
Pros: "Crew was great; plenty of space to stretch out"
Pros: "Overall it was a nice flight however some areas need some attention. Boarding gates were very crowded and there was no crowd management in the small area. Secondly, the food was not at all upto the mark. If you are serving sandwich atleast make it flavorful or just serve drinks on this short flight with nuts/biscuits/chocolate."
Cons: "Read on the left."
Pros: "Left on time. Great pilot and crew - very concerned about our welfare. Quick flight. Nice aircraft."
Pros: "It was the first time using Qatar Airways and I'll continue doing so in the future."
Pros: "This trip was nice. I will fly Qatar again"
Pros: "Good though. But not too comfortable with indiscriminate change of seats. Was held up in Doha because my seat was changed."
Pros: "The Boing 777."
Cons: "Flight attendants English very poor."
Pros: "the comfort of the flight was very good."
Cons: "there could have been a little bit bigger portion of food."
Pros: "Excellent aiways"
Pros: "I like it."
Cons: "No problem"
Pros: "The plane was clean, the staff was very friendly and attentive, the price was right, the seats were comfortable, and they had a good selection of movies /entertainment. We would use Qatar again"
Pros: "The only minus was that my luggage did not arrive with me but it come back the following day. Prior to this I was given the sume of 50usd for the inconveniences caused"
Cons: "Rudeness of check in staff Disorganized, slow and chaotic screening process for transfer passengers (only two machines for thousands hundred passenger) Near- or semi-illiterate ground staff"
Pros: "Leaving Doha was excellent"
Cons: "Took forever to get out of emigrations, we landed at different terminal and had to get train over. coming back the flight was delayed and it was just nutts trying with everyone trying to get on board."
Cons: "No entertainment"
Pros: "I think in plain should serve international food not only Indian spicy one. may some do not like spicy"
Pros: "The crew was professional and attentive, the flight was smooth, and there was so much food and entertainment! There was a mechanical issue with the plane that delayed take off, but the crew kept us constantly updated and quickly provided snacks and refreshments--it was the opposite treatment I had with other airlines."
Cons: "The seat was a little uncomfortable after a while (12+ hour flight); but I was in economy class and it was still better than others."
Pros: "The staff. Very courteous and friendly."
Pros: "The plane, the flight crew and food was excellent."
Cons: "I choose to fly Qatar Airway on the recommendation of a a friend who told us that lay over of more than 8 hours in Doha would be provided a hotel room to relax and reenergize. My lay over was 12.5 hours and no such accommodations were provided. Trying to take nap in noisy sleeping room was unbearable. I am not sure if this was due to the ticketing agent at Philadelphia gave us the yellow short transfer ticket holder instead of the green long transfer ticket holder. Our luggage had the green long transfer holder on them. Next time I may be flying a different airway to get to my destination sooner even-though the flight crew and the food was excellent on Qatar Airway. I would not recommend my friends to fly Qatar airway if they had the same experience I had at Doha airport because they would kill me when when they see me next time"
Pros: "The flight wasn't full...which is NOT the usual experience, and it is NOT something any airline could plan, or would want to, obviously! But it made all the difference in the world, to have room to stretch out and sleep on extra seats, place extra items (books, clothing, pastimes etc) nearby and not feel like a freak to get a stowed carry-on down from the rack. The graphics technology, especially the range of choices and the convenience of the screen, were unparalleled. The crew was top notch."
Cons: "This is really goofy...pie-in-the-sky dreaming for the "Dreamliner". If there were somewhere to place an exercise device, like a compact treadmill or even a step-up item with video instructor, it would be the icing on the cake. Also, it seemed as if the crew was a little stingy with the water, for some reason. It's hard for the air not to be super-dry, so it's really important to have plenty of water on hand. Maybe there's a protocol for when the plane is fully loaded...when the lavatory facilties' use would be strained. That was not the case here."
