The staff don't even know the rules and have behaved so dumb while dealing with passenger and have zero knowledge about document checks. Either the airline needs to get them more trained before getting them on the floor or needs to take strict action against them. Because wasting my time at the Mumbai airport was not so entertaining for me and the airline did not even seem apologetic about it. Vistara has hired some really unprofessional and uneducated staff at their Mumbai station."

Cons: "Three things : 1) The crew seemed to be relatively inexperienced and just out of college. I observed a couple of informal communication exchanges from their part. But the crew were helpful and tried their best to provide the best customer experience. 2) The boarding process normally starts with business and premium class and then followed by economy. For my flight however the economy class was boarded first while the business class passengers were kept stranded waiting in a separate line. This also reflected the inexperience of the crew which handled the boarding. 3) Vistara was my connecting flight from Pune to Delhi followed by British airways flight from Delhi to London. Though the flights were booked under one ticket, the representative did not checkin my luggage throughout the journey due to which I had to collect my baggage at Delhi and check it in again. The representative explained that vistara still didn't have alliances with most airlines allowing luggage to be checked in till final destination. This is another front on which they can improve."

Cons: "(1) Unfortunately couldn't do web check-in because I had bought the ticket through Air India; and strangely the e-ticket receipt only mentioned one time that it was co-chaired with Brussels Air, which caused confusion at the departure terminal. (2) Food quality was poor, with a soft soggy sandwich as the first snack/meal on this overnight flight; then a breakfast with soggy egg and tough chicken. As I wasn't feeling well, I asked a flight attendant for an extra bread roll, and she grabbed one from a tray just collected from another passenger and tried to offer it to me!! Then she stopped short, seeing the packaging was open and went to get another. Needless to say, that was pretty appalling -- and also very surprising given this was a Brussels Airlines plane and staff. (3) Given above, I had a surprisingly poor experience on this flight. I have flown on Brussels Airlines before so was really surprised by the unexpectedly less-than-average quality of service and food."

I had to stand in the aisle for about 20 minutes with my toddler until the crew sorted all the confusion. Instead of offering some help while waiting with a kid and cabin luggage, the crew wanted me to make sure there is space for them to move around. After arriving at the Delhi airport, I realized that my and my daughter's seats were not together. Seriously??Do I need to request for adjacent seats when travelling with a 4 years old? Isn't that obvious? May be not, for Air India employees... With her + Cabin luggage, they made me walk from international to domestic terminal to get our seat issue sorted. After I lost my patience and temper, I finally got seats together otherwise I was told - Sorry! Flight is full, so we can't do anything. Nothing unusual, Pathetic experience as always. I know I am wasting my time even by writing this review but I have to. Civic sense, customer service and humanity is what we Indian lack badly, so don't have much expectations anyways."

Cons: "Crew was late and unorganized in both Amman and Dubai. Entertainment system onboard did not work. Touch screen was inoperable. We waited on the tarmac shuttle nearly 15minutes because plane wasn't clean. Check-in line was ridiculously long and only one person working. Boarding zones we're ignored a crew member just yelled the name of the flight to signal boarding."
Pros: "The pilot did his best to save me time but in vain. Plane was not as contested , more leg room. Good planes."

Cons: "Charter behaviour on a long distance flight? Well that is a new low in airlines. Well maybe except from Delta. I guess i can be happy that the crew did not drag people out and i managed to travel safely. That being said, having to pay for everything including water, snack (let alone food) or entertainment on a long distance flight is at least, excuse my French, a dick move. Not pleasant in any way."

Pros: "The terminal we were waiting in, not organised well, very messy, smelling very bad except in lounge that Cost 40$ for 2 hours with discount. So I'm having a layover 12 hours, I pay 240$ just I can sit in a non smelling place and eat some food. Adjust some of these and would be great. Other terminals have so much to offer in same airport, over rated Dubai airport."

Cons: "due to weather conditions, flight delayed and this information was not shared by Flydubai crew (wherever they are?). This is the 2nd time that delay happened and airline failed to manage the passenger at boarding gate or airport screens. people were shouting and looking for one person to communicate with, but there was no one to talk to. So - bad management - no hot drinks onboard the flight - lake of ethics - terminal at dubai airport was crowded and lake of services and seates to stay on!"

Worst of all, I did not realize that in order for me to continue to my connection flight to Dubai, I had to get my luggage, apply for Turkey visa and leave the transit area and check-in again. There was no assistance on the flight nor outside when we arrived to guide passengers to the connecting flights. Overall, i would not recommend this airline nor, Easyjet (Amsterdam-London) and Skypicker the company that booked my flights to anyone. I found overall experience, frustrating, unprofessional, delays, luggage weight limitation, unnecessary visa requirement, etc."
