Cons: The seats doesn’t have a jacket hanging hook.. so I had to hold my suit jacket all the way . And the seats didn’t have proper head rest so couldn’t sleep as well on the plane but the seat was not congested and was comfortable if day flight

Cons: The business class lounge was closed, they gave us $25 per person voucher, but no one store in the airport wanted to accept them. There were not enough seats available when we were waiting for boarding. Business class entertainment needs significant improvement.

Cons: OUr departing flight was delayed almost 1 1/2 hours, resulting in a missed connection in Cairo -- this is not uncommon. The connecting flight waited 6 minutes, then left us. Arranging an alternative (through Rome & onward by late evening) was done , but no one was at the transfer desk for an hour.

Cons: Очень не понравилось что на сайте было не указано или указано не четко что билет без багажа, подучился неприятный сюрприз в аэропорту, к счастью времени было много и заплатить за багаж не составило труда, но было бы лучше заплатить сразу и знать настоящую цену билета а не без багажа.

Pros: The crew doesn’t smile! The economy seats are narrow, with the same ticket price I can fly with a plane with infotainment

Pros: My 18 year old son was the one who traveled and it was his first time on this airline - he was very satisfied with the trip.

Purchased a Seat by the exit for extra money the Seat was very tight not comfortable at all Some of the crew was real sour no smile no Kind word like a robat Some of the russian passangers has behaved like no man Kind .

Pros: Great gifts for children! However, there was no food for kids - apparently, I was supposed to request it in advance. This is something new, and I wish we were notified as soon as we purchased the ticket. We flew to Moscow in Sept. 2018 as well, and child's meal was provided without special requests.

Cons: When I bought the ticket, it looked like 2 seats near the window or wall, but in reality there were 3 seats in the middle. The flight was comfortable but not what I expected. If I knew those were 3-people seats, I would've picked something closer to the front of the plane.

Pros: Flight was smooth for the most part, they didn't keep the fasten seatbelt sign on for the whole flight like last time I flew from DC to Moscow. (they did keep it on for too long again though)

Cons: Crew was fine, one lady really tried to help us get proper food for our baby. They only offered drinks once before each meal, would be nice to have a couple glasses of wine or cups of juice etc, for a 9+ hr flight. And they were quite slow with collecting services after the fact. Hard with a baby.

Cons: The check-in staff required me to check my poster (for an academic conference), which has never happened to me or any of my colleagues before because the poster fits on top of luggage in the carry-on bins.
