Pros: The staff on the airplane was excellent, very friendly and accommodating.

Cons: all the boarding and ticket agents were less then helpful and made me check a bag that has always fit on international flights. $100 later and no explanation as to why I had to check it. Gate agents were rude and couldn't answer basic questions.

Pros: The on-board crew were friendly and professional. The in flight entertainment options were great. And the flight was mostly on time and easy.

Cons: We had significant issues getting our one boarding pass from the computers and then the workers in the airport. We purchased both tickets together and the one had no issues. However, we got nonchalantly passed off from one employee to another without having anyone seem really concerned for us.

Cons: Pegusus auto kiosk checkin got errors so I had to wait in counter line. Fix this! Tea costs money. But cheap travel is awesome!!!

Cons: It’s stupid Airlines. He give me brooding pass and make security check everything at final he didn’t make me fly to London because they sey u need transit visa. Why not they inform early so I can get online visa. And airlines don’t help anything finally i buy new tkt by myself .....

Cons: They left late causing a missed connection abroad. They wouldn't hold the flight for an hour for the benefit of the 25 passengers.

Pros: the seat is not so comfortable for old people. Mom was sitting between two people and could not move .Crew were vert nice and helpful

Cons: Uncomfortable seats. Departed late from Tel Aviv, long outdoor wait at 4 C degrees for the buses from airplane to terminal, arrived 25 minutes before connection to Tokyo scheduled to depart, but the claimed that gate is closed so got stuck in Moscow for 24 hours.

Cons: I was charged $150 to fix somebody's error made in my name. Both Flys.com and Aeroflot denided the error was made on their side.

Cons: You must check in few hours before the flight. Checking in at the airport will cost you 35€. Besides that, the boarding took almost 40min and the seats are not comfy at all. That said, i would rather pay extra $50 and fly with normal company.

Cons: WizzAir's service. The flight had an 8 hour delay due to bad weather, while Tarom had a flight on the same route, under the same circumstances, and managed to fly to and from Valencia within a much more acceptable 2 hour delay.

Pros: One of the very rare on-time, efficient and smooth flights with Wizzair. Check-in was fairly quick and incident-free, despite some of the other passengers reporting problems with the procedures and the staff. Boarding was quick and the flight actually arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled.

Cons: As usual, the cabin crew is adequately polite, but not overly friendly, the food & beverage range is mediocre and overpriced at best and the entertainment is virtually non-existent.

Cons: When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry.

Cons: The airport is not proper for travels , you need at least 2 hours to finish from the long lines and finding your way to the right location before the immigration and run to the gate if you are in good shape minimum from 10 to 15 minutes

Pros: We had an eventless and safe flight and it was not too cold on the plane.

Cons: There was no paper towel in the toilet, the water for the tee was not warm enough to have tee. We have been told to have 10-20 min delay we arrived much later. And the intonation of the speaking stewardess was so annoying that you could not listen to it :( These are minor things but can change the customer experience.

Pros: I think some of the issues were passenger related, and passengers not listening to the crew. So it wasn't so much I liked it but some of the crew's attitudes were warranted based on the passengers.

Cons: We were loaded onto the bus to take us to the plane and then stood on the bus for 45 minutes! Then were delayed even longer. With zero explanation the entire time. Additionally having to pay for even water is a bit much, especially when I came prepared, but drank more because it was hot on the bus.

Pros: This was a cut-price flight. Considering what we paid, the flight was amazing value for money. The plane was new. There was plenty of overhead space. The seat pitch was adequate. We took our own food. We slept for most of the flight. We arrived on time. If Norwegian can continue to keep the price low, I'll happily choose to fly with them again.

Cons: A free soft drink and nibbles would have been nice, though hardly necessary.

Cons: This is something Emirates can't help but I always get stuck between really big men like a sandwich, either that or babies. And the answer is not to choose bulkhead seats because that's who's choosing those seats.

Pros: On-time, no hassle or problems, not a lot of fuss or commotion like the bigger airlines, I think by them not serving food, it actually is a better atmosphere, can’t explain it, but totally felt light and not too problematic during both flights, jeddah to Istanbul and then again from Istanbul to Sara
