For a short flight, Qatar Airways offers very good onboard service.

Not good. Expected a lot more as far as excellence.

There’s lots of problem I faced from Bom to Doha that experience was worst I never faced before like this

Overall it was a very good experience. Boarding was efficient and well organized. The cabin crew were excellent. The meals were tasty and quite filling. The warm bread rolls were a nice touch. Seats were comfortable even if they were a little narrow. Entertainment selection was excellent.

The crew was great and the food and liquor offerings were good. Seats were a bit cramped. Flight arrived early at destination. That's a plus.

I liked the overall service and comfort. The only annoying thing was paying for excess baggage at the airport. They have limited options and they don't take all cards.

Was required to print a boarding pass, which I'd prefer to avoid. Seat (economy x) was comfortable, service was excellent.

Ultimate customer care humble and excellent service oriented crew , perfect timing maintained by the crew . My profound appreciation.

The business class experience was awesome - I will be using QATAR airways again and it'll be business class again - appreciate the privileges afforded to the business class clients - thank you.

Overall good but staff in the place looked extremely tired after 8hrs in 14 hrs journey and then service was cut short and response time for calls increased in later part of flight. Food was ok not astonishing

I was duped into thinking it was a United Airlines flight when in fact United had nothing to do with it.

Wheelchair assistance was not complete. The person left me at the departure gate without informing the groundstaff of my requirements. I had to walk to the departure counter to ask for help to reach the plane door. The crew informed me that in future they were not allowed to help passengers like me, senior citizen and Wheelchair passenger with placing their carry on bags in the overhead compartments!

Got automatically assigned middle seats unless you fork out extra money for a seat assignment, not impressed.

Liked the excellent United crew, the food selection, the comfortable cabin and the excellent movie and tv shows selection. The interface on the screen is also excellent and gives the option to let the crew know to wake you up for meals, or not. I disliked the onboarding experience at the Brussels airport. The process is convoluted and was not explained to any passengers. I also don't understand why thee is an additional security screening when getting off the plane from Africa, when there was none when getting off the plane from the US.

Flight crew and pilots did great. Flight way delayed due to a part needing replacement. Based on what the pilot indicated- the maintenance crew could’ve resolved this more efficiently than replacing whole part- and taken less time

There was not much effort from the airline to give a solution after flight was canceled due to weather conditions. Two days waiting at the airport for a connection unacceptable. Thanks for the experience!

Please please take consideration when setting cabin temperature. The vents were not functional and it was over 70 degrees in the cabin during the winter months when most people are used to much cooler indoor temperatures. I was down to my white t-shirt and the sweat pants I wore from Auckland to San Francisco and was sweating profusely and there was NO VENT!

We left really late. Things that were out if anybody’s control I guess.

The original seat on the flight Toronto Newark had the floor flooded with coffee spilled, so they changed our seat to premium economy. For the flight from Newark to San Salvador we were i the last row, no reclinable seats and beside the toilet. I asked for headsets to the waitress and she gave it to.me test of all the passengers, while she was staying right behind me..

We have taken this flight before and it is a tight connection and they were late out of denver and did not wait for us. The plane was there and the departure time had not passed but would not let us on. Next flight is very late and a connection through Newark - a big mess. Sooooo appreciate them holding the plane so we could catch the connection.

Great little city hopper plane. Unfussy and roomy. Nice little snack provided too

The crew on board were all very pleasant and happy to help. The flight had the old business class seats. The departure board in the business lounge did not update and kept on saying ' gate open' but never said boarding. When I got nervous about the departure time and walked to the gate I was told off rudely for being late.

British Airways planes are too old verses other airlines, followed by luggage not turning up, with a customer service team unhelpful in trying to locate or send to hotel was appalling. 3 days without suitcases on a leg that flies 2 x daily.

I’m not happy because I discovered there is something wrong and my miles have not been getting put on my AA account. So this needs to be fixed because I have traveled a lot since October and none of my miles are registered

Connecting British Airways flight was 29 hours delayed so I never made it on this plane

Biz class has a middle seat. 🙄. WiFi only for first class. No free seat assignments. Basically nickel and dime approach. They need to take lessons from Singapore Air and the likes. Never again.

Horrible experience! We sat in the plane at the gAte and had a delay of about 4 hours! Captain said it was due to the tug not being able to disengage from the aircraft . When we finally took off it was evident that we had missed out connection and tbough BA rebooked us on a later flight it caused us to miss an orientation meeting and dinner in Geneva. Once in the second flt from gatwick to Geneva we again were delayed( again sitting in the plane )for an hour after boarding waiting for apparently an air traffic problem to resolve. Another annoyance was paying seat fees twice to upgrade our seats towards the front of the plane to ensure overhead cabin space and were told at the gate they are boarding from the rear! This should be stated when making reservations!! On the first flight from Jfk there was a sick person on board snd they asked for assistance. For the rest I of the flight a person kAyed on the glue if the planes covered in blankets . Very unsettling to say the least!I have several flights booked with BA and I’m seriously rethinking this. Messed about all day by airport staff. BA staff onsite refused to help, while we were with airport police regarding a theft. Had to pay £300 for new flights, and the new flight was 3 hours late leaving. Horrific

The food and how the aircraft landed was so smooth

Maybe less gate changes for connecting flight; which almost made me miss my second flight even though I had 3 hrs layover.
