Pros: Nothing much I liked other than it was a regular (A321) plane service: nothing stood out for me. Nevertheless, still would travel with them because of the competitive price.
Cons: The (A321) plane could done with an overhaul, but understandable as to why it is the way it is; for the purpose short hauls. Besides, the flight was only for an hour. Other than that, nothing much more to say.

Pros: The flight was on time and everyone from the ground crew to cabin crew were making sure to secure an on time performance. Checking in and boarding was swift. The flight was short and sweet. De-boarding was quick and taken back to the terminal in a bus.
Cons: The cabin crew looked sad. Not a single one of them had a smile on their face. There was no welcome when I got on the aircraft, I was not woken up for food and was not asked later if I wanted something to eat.

Pros: Aside from the scare of not making my flight because it was overbooked. I think the boarding process could have been a little more efficient. The staff are amazing as always which is why PAL is my preferred airline when traveling to and within Philippines.
Cons: Since I have pretty broad shoulders, it’s difficult to sleep in the isles. Not to mention the multiple babies crying. Outside of that, everything was wonderful.
Cons: Paid twice us much for luggage as the plane ticket. Also asked if we wanted a drink and then charged us. Didn't tell us it cost until had and opened the drink. I understand it's a cheap airline and that happens, but would have appreciated telling us ahead of time. Also couldnt get boarding passes online. Will avoid this airline in the future.

This racket is the ultimate way to rip somebody off of $1000. Horrible.

Cons: Check in and boarding was atrocious. We were told that we wouldn't be allowed to go to the gate if we didn't get through the check in but it wasn't our fault that it was taking so long. There weren't anywhere near enough staff and so by the time we managed to check in we had to go straight to the gate. Same thing when boarding. Took far too long and there was an inevitable delay with no apology. Plane ok. One toilet out of order so had to walk the length of the plane. Games no good without a handset and very few new movies.

Pros: For the most part it really was a most excellent flight, especially the Dubai to SF leg where there were SO MANY CHILDREN around [should get a free upgrade just for surviving that] but the flight crew did exceptionally well and remained calm all the way through. Apart from one grumpyish woman on the second flight the majority of crew were exceptional and really went out of their way to serve and help.
Cons: I slashed my finger fairly painfully on a toilet door while pushing it from the outside to open it on the Dubai to Cape Town flight [again, an upgrade on my home flight which is a bucket list dream would more than make up for that!] which i pointed out to a flight attendant and they took note of it and bandaged me up so it was dealt with well but hopefully that gets sorted out [she said she would write a report] cos it did unfortunately affect the rest of my flight a little... And so many crying babies [thankful for volume control on headphones] but literally that was it - love flying Emirates cos on the whole felt super well treated...

Cons: My bag was misplaced, was not transferred from London to Mumbai on my flight. The bag arrived 1 day later and despite giving the officials clear instructions that I will come to the airport to pick up my bag, the bag was sent out for delivery. I spent an hour trying to get to the airport only to find out that the bag has been dispatched to my address. I am yet to receive my bag. Very very disappointed.

Cons: Hostesses are worse and worse. Forget everything you say. You repeat 5 times. All announcements are made so loudly and 3 times (Russian, English, Spanish). Everyone must wake up. It roars so loadly you can’t hide even in headphones. Late for 30 minutes, which is norm for the company. Then you for the luggage for more than 30 minutes. Worst in Europe.

Somehow, despite flying Aeroflot all the way from Sofia to St Pete, the tickets sold to us were sold via Bulgaria Air, which meant we had to collect suitcases and re-check them at Moscow, all while we were not checked-in for the second leg!! LastMinute.Com is hands down the WORST travel website in the history of travel websites, as the above was not disclosed at any time. NEVER again will I even entertain booking via them.

Cons: Unfortunately the it was a bumpy ride as most of the time the seat belt sign was on and crew had to discontinue services for a while. This was beyond airlines control. The crew did not distribute the Sri lankan landing cards onboard. This caused some confusions for first time travellers as they had to cone off the immigration queue and went to pick the card up and to complete. Some foreigners were unhappy about it.
Cons: The airline needs to work on the human touch(crew). I did not understand why the immigration were questioning foreign travels for no reason. Lastly can’t reach the customer care number always gets disconnected.

Cons: I had an urgent connection to another flight. The staff at Butuan and at Cebu were very helpful, trying to get me on it. The cabin crew were also helpful, but after being advised of my situation the pilot laughed and parked on the tarmac for 25 minutes guaranteeing I missed the flight.
