Pros: "Over all flight was pleasant"
Cons: "Customer service at the JFK airport service desk was horrible. They need to train their employees to treat their customers with diginity. I was standing there with my father, he doesn’t speak English and they automatically gave us bad looks and they way they spoke was horrible. Please train your customer service to treat clients without any bias based on their enthinicity, color of skin or the language they speak."
Pros: "Russian stewards and stewardesses are just so kind. Responsive to my requests."
Pros: "Service on Aeroflot is good -- helpful and friendly."
Cons: "We had several problems with our reservation. Our tickets on Kayak.com were sold through airfare.com. We received an email from aifrare.com confirming that we purchased two round-trip tickets. But we did not get seat assignments, and the confirmation number we received from airfare.com was incorrect. We only found out about the confirmation number when we tried to contact Aeroflot to get seat assignments. But contacting Aeroflot online was problematic. Instructions there would send us to screens/options links that didn't work. So, we called Aeroflot. They gave us the correct confirmation number over the phone, but sent us back to the website to get seats. And the website again was problematic. We did eventually get assigned seats, and we did make our flight from the U.S. to Moscow. But then our return flight was also problematic. We could not get seat assignments until we went to the airport for our flight home. Aeroflot then told us that I did not have a reservation. Eventually Aeroflot did recognize my reservation, but then told us that it did not have any seats together for my husband and me, unless we paid for an upgrade."
Pros: "Entertainment,seats and overall experience"
Cons: "Food was terrible"
Pros: "Pricing, vast schedule choice, great service, comfortable seats, great mileage program,"
Cons: "Same kosher meals for lunch, dinner and breakfast. 2 lunches or dinners is too much. 2nd or first meal should be breakfast."
Pros: "Crew was nice and priority boarding made a huge difference."
Cons: "My seat was broken and couldn't lean back the WHOLE flight. Food was terrible at times unbeatable and stale. Flight left an hour and a half late and captain did not even announce the reason"
Pros: "We traveled with 17 months old baby. Glad Aeroflot gives an excellent service to families traveling with small children."
Cons: "Our flight was delayed,"
Cons: "Old seats"
Cons: "I was in the cue to board the plane and the Aeroflot employee just told me that bording is closed, then 7 other passengers came after me and no one was allowed to bored. They literally just didnt let us enter the plane saying that boarding is complete and they don’t care."
Pros: "Friendly staff"
Pros: "Good overall design of interior and lighting system."
Cons: "Horrible food. Seats not so comfortable for a 9-hour flight. Tight seat space (same as on low-cost air carriers). It was an overnight flight and the lights were turned off only between 2am and 4am."
Cons: "Food and boarding process"
Pros: "Some of the typical premium economy features in the economy class - like the slippers and eye masks, open snack bar, menu for meals."
Cons: "Limited choice in alcohol. No whiskey. No healthy options in snack bar."
Cons: "I still have not received my bag. Three lavatories in the coach class were out of order. When we landed in Washington there was zero coordination and information for what will happen next."
Pros: "Crew staff worked hard."
Cons: "I was given wrong information about my baggage at the Moscow airport. Therefore, I wasted about 2 hours in locating my baggage on the carousel while my baggage was with the Aeroflot staff."
Pros: "Great staff. Comfort aircraft."
Pros: "Smooth takeoff, Smooth landing, polite crew, good food."
Cons: "No entertainment at all, the distance between the seats is very small, the seats themselves are very narrow even for a medium sized person, no food selection remained even in the second row of the economy class, no wine for dinner. The whole experience is rather of a lowcoster."
Pros: "Everything was ok."
Cons: "These were the smallest seats I have ever sat in. I purchased exit row seats and didn't get them. More needs to be done about load, alcohol impaired passengers. Seats are for children. Not grown paying adults. Never again"
Pros: "Only takeoff and landing"
Cons: "Everything I didn't like except takeoff and landing"
Pros: "That I survived"
Cons: "I paid Kayak and it's intermediary justfly.com extra money to sit in a window seat. I wound up sitting in the last row, middle seat, with a broken TV that was "rebooting" the whole flight. I couldn't recline my chair because I was up against the back wall. When I politely said that I paid more for a window seat, and asked to look for an empty seat, the flight attendant brought over a security guard, and warned me that if I continued to "complain", that I would be asked to leave the plane. I kept my mouth shut, and demanded my upgrade fee back from Just Fly after the flight returned. Very rude crew."
Pros: "That we landed safely."
Cons: "Crew was nasty. I got charged $50 to use the wifi and apparently the system was down. No tv screens they were down also. The food tasted really bad."
Cons: "Lost luggage and unresponsive stuff member in customer service"
Cons: "They made a huge iverbooking and about50 pax left to wait for the night flight in tel aviv"
Cons: "We missed our connection flight in Moscow by 5 minutes, don't understand why they couldn't hold the flight for 10 people just 5 minutes when they knew we had already landed and were held in the plane because nobody was coming to open the doors. No staff waiting to help us get to the connecting flight, no information and the door had been changed. Massive queu to change flights for the following day, they promise a hotel for the night but never happened. I was flying with a child and the only thing they gave us was good voucher for around 5 pounds each not even enough for a decent meal. They said because we didn't have a visa we couldnt leave the terminal they couldn't accommodate us outside the airport and the hotel inside the airport was fully booked. Spent the night in the airport in terrible seats were you couldn't even lie down, no sleep at all. Then the morning flight was delayed 3 hours. Got, finally to Spain and one luggage was missing. Overall a nightmare! Never again I will fly with Aeroflot!"
Cons: "Old plane, terrible food, had to wait almost an hour for help"
Cons: "Plane was full. I had to sit with the noisiest passangers ever. Little kids and parents were not concerned about their noisy kids ever. Other than this, flight was wonderful."
Cons: "The set off was delayed"
Pros: "Very good service. On time arrival."
Pros: "New craft, professional crew, good meal. Excellent service."
Cons: "Tickets might be cheaper."
Pros: "We were served a hot meal even though it was only a three hour flight. The plane was quite empty at the back so we were able to move to uncrowded seating, which was helpful. Altogether a good flight."
Pros: "The Slippers that was given to us Drinks in the middle of the flight"
Cons: "Food was terrible One of flight attended was absolutely scary Blankets were dirty"
Pros: "The blue seats"
Cons: "The seating map is incorrect (shows empty space in front of 18b but actually 18a so ended up sitting sardined and not with an open space in front of me. The transit employee assured me my seat was empty in front but I think she didn't give a sh... She said I could get an exit but that I'd have to pay more. Something tells me that the bumpkins that were in the exit rows probably didn't pay extra... Informed Anastasia the hostess twice the obese guy on my right was literally sitting on me and she did nothing to assist with my comfort--why do they say to tell them and they'll do all they can when they don't? For most of the flight my arm was crushed by Igor's (that was his name, really!) obese arm and fat pannus. It was awful and though there were seats just ahead of me, i was refused. I said "so I just have him sit on me and be uncomfortable" she responds "uhh yes". Thanks Anastasia, you're a keeper (of uselessness). Ektarina was a clueless hoot too. She served the Russians to my left and right first and me last (I was in the middle seat), how do you just go from the window guy to the aisle guy then the guy in the middle? I've NEVER seen that ever. She's like "what would you like?" I'm like "what do you have?" She responds "you don't have menu? Uhh..." No genius, you nimwit, you didn't give me one, had you i wouldn't be asking. She came back and asked in russian something about drinks, I said "what?" And she looked at me then turned away. Are you serious? What a rude twit. An Olga comes by at the end, speaks to the two russian guys on either side of me with a smile, says nothing to me, and walks off. Wtf? I think she was asking if they were happy with the service, no wonder she avoided me. The food was horrendous. The worst plane food since 1989. Think of the most disgusting russian dishes and turn it into plane food from the 80s and voila, cuisine a la Chernobyl. I mean how does any carrier manage to serve 80s quality food?! Then they take forever to get the trays so you're stuck looking at the disgusting slop still in your kennel area. Air circulation system is non existent, you don't have any individual vents and they kept the plane a roasting temperature with me being even more hot thanks to the guy sitting on my right arm. No wonder there's an odor of armpit, beet, and onions. I had the honor of leaving my ethnic goat scent to the BO stew. Circa 2001, I Flew to India with them, got stuck in Moscow for 3/4 day with no hotel space, the worst cafeteria meal, & a bunch of grumpy employees who didn't care. It was cool in that this-is-what-the-ussr-must-have-been-like way. The plane I swear was a former army plane and cigarette smoke emanated from the cockpit. I vowed that my family nor I would ever fly them again, I stuck to that until this flight only to learn vows should not be broken. I'm a frequent traveler and have been on the poorest countries national airlines and without hesitation Aeroflot is the absolute worst."
Pros: "Excellent crew and food!"
Cons: "I liked everything in this trip with finnair"
Pros: "The flight was very enjoyable. The staff worked very hard and deserves recognition. I enjoyed the food and the movie selection. The women are amazingly beautiful! Jim Dalool"
Cons: "Coach seating is tight. Perhaps another pass to collect trash would be helpful to get rid of clutter."
Pros: "The service, polite flight attendants, a variety of entertainment to choose from."
Cons: "The fact that there was no vegetarian or pescaterian option by default, the choice was only between beef and chicken, but there was no option to choose fish, or plain veggies. And the seats were uncomfortable."
Pros: "Food, drink, service"
Cons: "No TV on a 5.5 hour flight"
Pros: "All ok"
