Pros: The crew was very professional and I cannot complain about that.

Cons: Budapest airport has tricky terminal for the Wizzair planes. You have to go outside the main terminal to get to the Wizz terminals and then you have to go outside again to get to the plane. It was really weird but I understand that as it is a low budget flight provider. The thing that made me really upset was that we all (passengers) left the terminal to get to the plane and we had to wait outside till we could start entering the plane. I really don’t understand why someone made us to wait outside while it’s freezing cold when the doors are not open or plane is not ready. That was unreasonable and ruined my trip.

Cons: Airplane was filthy, needed a thorough cleaning. More padding on the seat.

Pros: The crew was amazing indeed. Very polite and attentive. Hot food items were good. I like the slippers and the cover for eyes (to allow you to sleep) that the company offers. Audiobook selection was reasonable too (classics in 3 languages).

Cons: It was a 10-hour flight, and by the end of it, the restrooms were not as clean (even though the crew tried to maintain them). This is typical for these long flights - no solution.

Cons: Virgin Atlantic is still much better. From offering pajamas to organizing boarding. SVO was disorganized, both international flights NYC and Düsseldorf were boarding from the same gate pocket (22 and 21) at the same time. Ski priority members had to fight the way to check in.

Cons: Uncomfortable seats. Departed late from Tel Aviv, long outdoor wait at 4 C degrees for the buses from airplane to terminal, arrived 25 minutes before connection to Tokyo scheduled to depart, but the claimed that gate is closed so got stuck in Moscow for 24 hours.

Pros: It’s 1 hour flight and you get a drink of your choice and a sandwich - which is very generous and cool compare to other airlines

Cons: The TV remote is getting old, it didn’t respond when I press any button, so it was impossible to watch anything or use it at all

Cons: squeezed chairs like low cost flights luggage damage found upon arrival and no-one to handle this but to return back into the residence country Aeroflot office to request the claim !

Cons: They were rude, we almost didn’t made to the connection flight of their own company and they just didn’t care. The suitcase didn’t made it either
