The location.
A disappointing stay after 3 weeks in Tanzania. Reception area is small and pokey with little room to move around and tight seating. Hallways are dark. Rooms have no views. This is not a good hotel for tourists. The better rooms and service went to the large corporate customers like the aircraft flight staff that stay there. We saw and visited much nicer hotels in the area where tourists were treated as their first priority.

Great Location! Literally in walking distance to everything in a very safe quiet area of Stonetown. Great little gym and mini fridge in the room. The staff at this hotel are so amazing!

Location and friendly staff. Good shower, large bath towels, clean, and great location. Laundry service great.
We could hear noise coming from restaurant above us at times but not too bad. Recommend a floor maybe other than the 4th floor. 405.

Excellent menu and a very creative executive chef - from innovative creations of bread for breakfast to creative desserts. Excellent and attentive service by all staff members - from front desk to restaurant. Service with a smile all the time. Good location.
