Mattress, to soft, in the morning we ended both in the middle. The result was neck and back pain.

Staff was helpful, kind and professional. Room and bathroom spacious: lots of space to move around as well as to put things away. Bed big and comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy. Parking available: takes a bit of an effort to squeeze in, though. Decent variety and quality of breakfast. We enjoyed stopping by the bar. Easy to reach any other location in the city: close to tram stop with lines direct lines to the centre.
I could've used a mirror in the room (aside from the one in the bathroom). However, there was one huge by the elevator so I made do with that one :)

The loop hotel still delivers at the reasonable price. The rooms are still pretty clean (although there is some wear out and the management should consider the renovation of some parts). The internet was working fine.
Because of the fact that hotel shares the parking with the clinic across the parking lot the parking became a problem and should be addressed as soon as possible as lots of commercial vehicles of the clinic are using the parking so there's no space for the hotel visitors. Also breakfast seemed a bit off, like the produce were not fresh, which is strange.

Good Hotel, location not so great
Boutique style hôtel, Good staff, breakfast included (though basic). Clean and reasonably priced. Gods if you have to spend the night in transit or for business a day or two. Free ample parking.
If you like to visit Zagreb, the location is not the best. With car or transport it takes some time. No restaurant in the hotel just a bar, so if you need a snack Kate at night you need to go out or order something from somewhere
