Excellent location. Very friendly staff. Car parking free of charge on weekends just opposite hotel. Good Breakfast.
Although we have been offered an upgrade for free, it seemed that bed lines were not replaced for a long time as most probably room was not used. There was a dust accumulated on bed blankets. It was too late when we noticed it. Next day it was replaced.

Finally, we found a good hotel in the city of Zagreb that has everything our company needs. Comfortable good sized rooms, good room service, explorable breakfast and friendly staff. Will certainly return.
Check-in process was a little complicated (we had 3 rooms), but it was sorted out eventually.

Excellent hotel, but not kid friendly
The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. Location is great-within walking distance to all sights.
The food at the hotel was not great. Meals were overcooked or undercooked and Not kid friendly. Pool was too deep for kids also.
