    The personal was very welcoming and gave us a lot of advices about where to eat or what to see. The room was very clean and comfortable.

    The room was not well isolated for the sound. We heard a lot of noise on the night from other peoples on the corridor

    Called their number telling them about the aircon leaking water. Staff being responsive, came immediately to fix (though the leaking happened again afterwards)...

    The location is perfect to go from the station to the principal attractions. The personal was really kind and the room was very comfortable and clean!!

    The man who met us at reception was super helpful and showed us local tips, helped us to park our rental vehicle, etc. Our room was modern and spotless. Within short walk to bus, tram and the city centre.
